It’s been a lazy, if productive in its own way, Saturday. Anders left early this morning for a week of skiing up north with his best friend Mats, and I slept in, and then lazed about in bed until almost 11:30 am. What a slug! But I don’t care, because I have no plans to go anywhere or see anyone this weekend, and I’m enjoying it.
The sun has already gone down, now it’s 5 pm, and I’m writing a post after spending the afternoon working on my little projects: finishing up getting all the copy into and formatted in my blog book (all that’s left is to check everything and do the Table of Contents, then I can send it to print), readng a magazine my mom left behind, working on the giant pirate jigsaw puzzle, looking through books with an eye to any I want to purge for the media sale on Monday (so far, none), and that’s…about it. I talked to Martin for awhile, and I had a long text conversation with Debbie and Camilla, but that’s the only social interactions I have had all day.
I was going to write a blog post about 3 wishes, but obviously I have been sidetracked by the do-nothing much fairy who is urging me to go watch the new season of Queer Eye instead. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe not! Who knows? NO ONE, that’s who.
Not writing for anyone at all is both more freeing and more stifling than I ever would have expected. From me to the void: enjoy your weekend.
