2014 is nearly over and the holidays are upon us! As all the years seem to do, we zoomed through this one as well and it was full of ups and downs, though thankfully, mostly ups! We didn’t have nearly as much traveling this year as last, at least for work, which was kind of nice. It’s 3 o’clock and we’re nearly ready. One turkey is done and the other two are being basted as I write this. The kids have done their share of picking up and cleaning. I need to go wipe down the bathrooms one more time, and when Karin’s boyfriend arrives in an hour, she will put him to work with her setting the tables.
