LOOK UP TO THE SKIES AND SEE

I can hear thunder in the distance and it’s dripping a bit of rain, though it’s going to have to be quite a bit more before I can leave off watering the vegetables today. I was planning to go walking with Lisel at 5 but we’ve cancelled, which is a bummer. Apparently, the summer weather that’s been non-stop since beginning of May is finally coming to an end and we can expect rain and thunderstorms this week. I wonder if we’ll have the same all the way up north or not. Looks like Karin is getting rained on in her tent in Roskilde, which is a shame, though.

We are not packed, but we have everything piled up. It’s a very leisurely process of getting ready these past couple of days, since we aren’t leaving until nearly dinnertime tomorrow when Martin returns. The Tesla service went well and we are good to go in regards to supercharging.

It’s weird to be going on a vacation without the kids. Just Anders and I. What will we talk about? haha! I think this might be the first trip we’ve taken together without either of the kids in tow, since Martin was born. Weird.

Oooh, just had a huge rumbling of thunder nearly overhead. I hope we don’t lose power or anything. It’s cooled down quite a bit, at least, which is lovely. I think I’ll get off the computer, just in case. Toodle-oo!
