I’m tired and stressed and worried about certain things, but at least I’m feeling pretty ready for Christmas and MORE than ready for vacation, which is coming soon. Two more weeks of work and then I’m off for nearly 3 weeks and I can’t wait. I’m sure it will get filled up with things to do but I plan to spend quite a lot of it with my feet up.<\/p>\n
I’m avoiding sugar for real now, though it might be too late, and it’s been really really hard. For most of this week it was ALL I THOUGHT ABOUT. Yesterday and today have gone better and I’m happy about that though it’s making me sad. <\/p>\n
I have a crazy full weekend ahead including a family dinner tonight as an early celebration for Martin’s birthday (tomorrow) and Theo’s birthday (Monday). Karin came over from Denmark as well, and we had a very nice meal and time together at Zushi. Expensive as hell but very good, even if my dessert consisted of 1 raspberry and half a grape. Literally. <\/p>\n
Tomorrow Anders and I are going to get the Christmas tree in the morning, and then I’m meeting Debbie and Camilla for dinner and the evening (no sweets planned for dessert). Sunday we are going down to Ingvar’s house again to continue the work of sorting and purging. I keep thinking about all the STUFF in our house. I’m having the purge itch, for sure. Maybe a vacation project!<\/p>\n
